Any woman who wants to be part of a movement to promote community and charity in Great Falls may join. She can live anywhere, but her dollars will benefit Great Falls.

Members agree to pay $100 per quarter – or an annual payment of $400. We request that members commit to a one-year membership.
Events are held each quarter. Watch our website and Facebook page for dates and location.
All members in good standing may vote. The quarterly contribution must have been received for the member to be in good standing.
At each event, members may submit their name with the name of the nonprofit they’d like to nominate. During the event, three names will be selected from a hat. The three members chosen will make the presentation for their nonprofit at the next quarter’s meeting. (They may have a single representative from the
organization with them during the presentation if they desire.) If two members select the same organization for a presentation, the two will work out which of them will make the presentation, and an additional selection will be made.
Absolutely! She can simply watch the process to see if she’s interested in joining, or she may join when she enters and be eligible for that evening’s vote.
Following the meeting, a check for $10,000 will be delivered to the organization that received the most votes.
Absolutely! Any member may nominate an organization that did not receive a grant.

No. We need 100 members to make a quarterly grant of $10,000, but we hope to exceed that. Money raised beyond $10,000 each quarter will help us cover expenses.
Presentations on three nonprofit organizations are made at each event. Each organization is allotted five minutes for the presentation plus five minutes to answer any questions. Members will then vote on which organization will receive $10,000. A few minutes will also be set aside for the previous winner to let us know how their grant was used. And, of course, the event is a fun way to visit and connect with like-minded women.
A nonprofit must be nominated by a member of Great Falls Women Give. Those nominated must be a 501c 3 organization based in or with a presence in Great Falls that does work benefiting our community. The organization must be in good standing with the state of Montana and have been in operation at least two years.
Yes. By joining Great Falls Women Give you agree that your quarterly payment will go to whichever organization received the most votes at the meeting.
If you can’t attend but would like to vote, we will have a zoom option available so that you can watch the presentations and cast a vote. Members are not required to attend or vote.
Yes. An organization is eligible to be nominated again two years after receiving a grant.
